Abstract

The research objective is to design a training curriculum for some physical characteristics in developing the level of straight punch and round kick in Kung Fu, the differences in the pre and posttest of the experimental and control groups for the performance of the straight punch and the round kick in the kung fu. The differences in the posttest in the experimental and control group for performing the straight punch and round kick in kung fu. The researcher hypothesized that there are significant differences between the pre and posttests in the two skills and for the experimental and control groups. There are significant differences in the post test in the two skills and for the experimental and control groups. The researcher used the arithmetic mean and the standard deviation percentage and the T value of separate and linked samples. The research sample consisted of Dihouk club players, and the number is 26 players the researcher concluded improving in the level of performance of the two skills (straight punch and round kick) in the pre and posttest, and the experimental group was superior than the control group in the post test in the level of straight punch performance. There were no differences in the post test for either group of round kick skill. The control group did not make good progress in the performance of two  skills (straight punch and round kick) in the pre and post tests
