Creative Thinking and Relationship with Achievement Level of Theoretical and Practical Material in volleyball among Students Faculty of Physical Education and sport Sciences

Abstract

The research significance lies in the idea that volleyball is one of the games in which there is no apparent thinking during competition in the match, and since the competitor performs changeable movements and positions during defense or attack, so the player has to have flexibility and originality of action and motor response according to the situation of performance and motor reaction .Thus, teaching volleyball as a lesson in the faculties of physical education and sport sciences  ,including the faculty in Baghdad university ,which needs creative students intellectually in volleyball material  to be qualified to be players, coaches and teachers since their superiority in creative thinking will qualify for mastering volleyball and help others to achieve the best performance in volleyball. 

The research problem was formed due to the lack of understanding of the creative thinking process among the fourth stage students in a way that is reflected in the level of theoretical and practical achievement of volleyball material. Based on this the problem ,the researcher  has developed a link between the researcher Creative thinking and theoretical and practical achievement among students of the fourth stage in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Science University of Baghdad. The research aims to identify the relationship between the level of creative thinking and the level of theoretical and practical achievement of volleyball for the students of the fourth stage in the College of Physical Education and Sports Science. The researchers used the descriptive approach of survey method and correlation relationships. The researchers determined the research sample among students of fourth stage in the faculty of physical education and sport sciences .Afterwards, variables and statistical means have been changed. The researcher concluded the ineffectiveness of the curriculum for theoretical achievement and the effectiveness of the curriculum for practical achievement. The researchers recommended the need to develop curriculum of Private colleges to serve the student's modern mental abilities
