Abstract

The significance of the research lies in that Sakyo exercises help the player to integrate motor skills in an orderly and sequential manner, as well as performing  movements under changing conditions, so that the player can be  able to confront the various circumstances and situations that he is exposed to during the game runs well, as well as developing  the values of some bio kinetic variables and manifestations of movement for the player  to reach the best mechanical and kinetic conditions. The research aims to prepare SAQ exercises according to some bio kinetic variables and the kinetic manifestations of the back smash shot  from center (1) in volleyball  among  youth, and to identify the effect of Sakyo (S.A.Q) training on the values of some bio kinetic variables and the kinetic manifestations of the back smash shot  from center (1) in volleyball in the pre and post tests. The researcher used the experimental method to solve the research problem. The research sample  included the players of Souk Al-Shuyoukh and Al-Furat Sports Clubs. The researcher used tools and aid devices as well as included the curriculum syllabus , pre and posttests, and statistical means.

The results were presented and discussed in a scientific discussion based on scientific sources. The researcher concluded that  that the Sakyo exercises have a great impact on developing the values of bio kinetic variables and some kinetic manifestations of the back smash shot from the center 1
