The effect of rubber ropes exercises in developing the strength endurance of the arms and legs and the achievement of female students' snatch

Abstract

The research aims to :                                                                                                                 

. -Identify the effect of training with rubber ropes on  strength  endurance of the arms and legs of female students                                                                                                                       

-Identify the effect of rubber ropes exercises on the achievement of snatch. The two researchers used the experimental approach to design the one group with pre- and post-testing for its suitability to the nature of the research. The research community was determined by the first stage students in the College of Physical Education / University of Sulaymaniyah, who are (27) students for the academic year (2018-2019), since the curriculum of weightlifting sport is taught at this stage, and Section (A) of (11) female Students was chosen out of three sections  by lot, two students were excluded for lack of commitment to work permanently, thus the number of the sample was (9) students, which represents (33.33%) of the total. The vocabulary curriculum  was applied on Sunday (3/17/2019) For a period of (9) weeks, at the rate of (2) units per week, days (Sunday-Wednesday). The curriculum included (18) training units, and the exercises prepared in the curriculum were carried out.  The time for carrying out the exercises within the main section of the one training unit took between (20-30) minutes. The curriculum ended on Wednesday (15/5/2019), The researchers concluded that  the proposed exercises using the method of rubber ropes had a positive effect in developing  strength endurance level effectively   of the variables discussed in the research sample.
