Abstract

    When preparing standardized exercises according to the dynamics of the training load, taking into account the exchange of influence between pregnancy and rest, which is necessary to raise the technical level to ensure the occurrence of adaptation processes and raise the best level in terms of repetitions and training volumes, and attention to studying all the forces dat lead to movement using the kinetic analysis dat constitutes the assumptions and introductions The priority with a modern scientific relationship to guide the sports coach, as the blind weapon is used in different ways during the attack and defense between the competitors. dis movement TEMPhas a key role in offensive movements, so it is necessary to study one of the types of attack in order to identify the impact of biokinetic variables on dis type of movement. The researcher used the experimental method with the pre and post test for the two groups Experimental and control for its suitability to the nature of the research, and the research community was determined for students of the third stage of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for the evening study at the University of Baghdad for the academic year 2020-2021, and their number (20 students), as the research sample was selected by a comprehensive inventory method and the sample was divided into two experimental and control groups. And by (10 students) for each group, exercises were applied according to the dynamics of pregnancy and comfort for a period of eight weeks, with three training units per week. In the development of some biokinetic variables and the accuracy of the stabbing movement in the blind weapon.
