Sensory-motor cognition and its relation to some fitness elements of the physical education among team members of college of physical education and sports sciences in volleyball

The research aims to identify the relationship between motor-cognitive perception and some elements of physical fitness for the team of the Faculty of Physical Education and sports sciences of sports in volleyball.
The researchers used the descriptive method in the way of the correlative relationship to suit the nature of the research. The research sample was chosen by the deliberate method of the team of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / University of Tikrit in Volleyball for the academic year 2017/2018, the number of (12) players. The main experiment was conducted on (10) 71.428%). The researchers used the questionnaire and the test as tools for research and data collection, and the test was carried out on 1-2 / 4/2018 (for the main experiment) in the external stadium of the University of Tikrit
By presenting, analyzing and discussing the results, the researchers concluded the following:
- The results of the research showed a clear weakness in the research sample in the explosive power of the arms, this is reflected in the poor performance of motor duties related to the basic skills of the game, especially smash, which requires the explosive power of the striking arms .
- Weak sense of emptiness of vertical line and this indicates the weakness of the sense of directing the ball in the opponent's court
