The effect of the overall method by the overlapping of the sequential and random methods on learning some handles of free wrestling

Abstract

The study aimed to prepare an educational curriculum that includes the use of the overall method in the sequential method as well as  preparing  an educational curriculum that includes the use of the overall method by the random method and identifying the effect of using the overall method (sequential - random) method in learning the skill of some types of grips in wrestling game.         The research problem involved using the overall method in two methods, sequential and random, in learning some wrestling handles. As for the research hypotheses, it was about the influence of the educational curriculum by the overall method by the method (sequential - random) in learning some types of handles among wrestling players. The sample was chosen from the 24 players who were beginners to the game and did not participate in the local tournaments. (12) players were excluded because they were participating in the tournament and had achievements, and they were benefited from the pilot study. It was conducted by the homogeneity of the two groups.The researchers concluded that the prepared approach had an effect on the skill acquisition of the research sample within the overall method in the method (sequential - random). Raw scores were extracted and were statistically treated by (SPSS)package .                                                             Key words: overall method, sequential and random styles, free wrestling
