Psychological combustion and its relationship with the control center among teachers of physical education in primary schools

Abstract

The research aims to identify the relationship between the psychological combustion and the control center of the physical education teachers in the primary schools and the use of the descriptive method in the method of correlative relations. The research community was identified as all the physical education teachers of the primary schools in the Directorate of Education of Kufa and , numbered (350) distributed in (300) (120) teachers. The main experiment was carried out by distributing the psychological combustion measures and the control center of the sample. The data were treated according to statistical method .The researcher concluded that there is a significant correlation between the psychological combustion and the control center in the research sample, such that the control center plays a large role in coping with psychological stress and dealing with it and not moving to psychological combustion. The researcher recommended the need to enhance attention to social and psychological status of the members of the educational body, in order to enable him to perform the role entrusted to him to the fullest and prepare programs and training courses for members of educational bodies during the service, especially for beginners in this profession and under the supervision of efficient staff conducting this program.
