Abstract

The process of sports training contribute to make the individual reach to high levels requires an integrated preparation for all aspects (physical, skill, planning and psychological), due to the great competition among the leading countries of volleyball in the world.

Psychologists have studied sports and many topics and psychological problems associated with sports activities and conduct many experiments and research and uncover the causes of these problems and propose solutions to them in various sports, and try to make use of them as much as possible.

But it still needs to deepen the research and study to find the appropriate solutions to them..

The higher mental processes (including concentration of attention) are one of the important psychological topics that have an active role in the performance of the movement in terms of preparedness and readiness ahead of performance, especially in movements that depend on the position of the player in this short period, such as the performance of easy and difficult volleyball services that have a role in the process of scoring a point  without an opponent  that hinders the process of getting the point. The subject of attention is especially related to the accuracy of the easy and difficult services which is the current research topic. These services are important offensive skills in which the player mobilizes his psychological and physical powers to launch them as a single activity at this stage of preparation. The focus of the player's attention on what he will do and this stage also includes perception, memory and muscle sense to mobilize the strength to be shed when the ball leaves the hand of the player, which helps the player to perform effectively so that the ball will be directed to the difficult places to try to win the point or find a competitor difficulty in its bodice. A good and accurate service does not give the opponent team an easy ball, whether it is easy or difficult to help prepare for smash. The research aims to identify the relationship between attention focus and accuracy of easy services and identify the relationship between attention focus and accuracy of difficult services
