Abstract

The importance of football, which has been of great importance in most countries of the world because of its wide popularity, or a large fan base, and the need to use modern training methods that specialists and coaches need in order to develop the capabilities of their players and their offensive tactical capabilities, and these training methods that emerged as a result The development in the training field is the plyometric training method, which works to develop the performance of offensive plans, where the importance of the research came through preparing a training curriculum in the plyometric training method, in order to raise and develop offensive plans for young football players, where the research problem came through the follow-up of the researchers For the style of the Nasiriyah youth club in football and their performance in the governorate youth league, where he noticed that there is weakness, slow and low level of performance of the players by the rapid transfer of the ball in particular or the rapid transition from defense to attack in general, and in order to raise the physical and kinetic level and rapid performance with the ball and without the ball use Researchers plyometric training

The research aims to:

1- Preparing codified training exercises in the plyometric training method to develop offensive plans for young football players

2- Identifying the significant differences between the two research groups (control and experimental) in the results of tests of offensive plans for young football players.
