Communication is used in many sporting events, including volleyball, which is one of the games that is characterized by its multiple defensive and offensive skills, and it is one of the popular and exciting games in the world. To achieve the best achievements, coaches communicate with players during matches. The importance of research lies in studying the effectiveness and communication skills of coach and player. The process of coach mastering communication skills with players, which helps to increase motivation, self-confidence, team focus and superiority. As for the research problem, it is to identify the extent of effectiveness between the communication skills of coaches and players and their relationship to the results of matches, which prompted the researcher to study it and find the best solutions for it. For volleyball players, and to identify the differences between volleyball coaches and players.
The researcher used the descriptive approach in the survey method because it is the most appropriate to the nature of the problem and to achieve the objectives of the research. The research community was identified with players and coaches of the Premier League (A,B) volleyball clubs for the 2019-2020 season, and their number is (30) clubs representing different governorates of Iraq. As for the most important conclusions, the results showed good levels in the effectiveness of kinetic social cohesion for volleyball coaches, ranging between (70-98.888%), and the results showed good levels in the communication skills of volleyball players, ranging from (63.068-86.654%).
