The effect of the educational bag using the training and self-review methods in acquiring some rhythmic gymnastics skills among female students

The research aims to reveal: preparing an educational bag for teaching the subject of rhythmic gymnastics using two methods of training and self-review in acquiring some skills of rhythmic gymnastics among students
The effect of the educational bag using two training methods and self-review on the acquisition of some rhythmic gymnastics skills among female students. - Revealing the best method for acquiring some gymnastics skills among female students. The researcher used the experimental method with the design of two experimental groups with pre-test, post-test and post-test) for some of the skills of rhythmic gymnastics. The study sample consisted of (28) students of the second stage / College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / University of Salah al-Din, and they were divided into two experimental groups, each group consisted of (14) students - the first experimental group studied the effect of the educational bag using the training method - and the second experimental group studied The effect of the educational bag using the self-review method. To treat the statistical data, the researcher used (percentage, mean - standard deviation - and t-test for equal number of samples). Based on the results and within the limits of the research, the researcher reached the following conclusions and recommendations:
1-The effect of the educational bag using the stylistic (training - and self-review) was effective in learning some rhythmic gymnastics skills.
2- The use of the educational bag has an impact on increasing the learner’s motivation towards learning among the students through the desire of the two experimental groups and their interaction during the application of the vocabulary of the educational units of the educational bag because it contains the most educational means and teaching decisions given to them by both methods.
3-The preference of the second experimental group that used the educational bag (self-review method) over the first experimental group (the training method) in learning some rhythmic gymnastics skills.
In light of the research results, the researcher recommends the following:
1- Urging teachers in the field of education to prepare and design an integrated educational package in study materials and educational skills, according to the possibilities available in the educational institution.
2- Preparing educational courses for teachers, following up on modern teaching methods in teaching skills, paying attention to educational means and technology, and how to prepare and use them during the lesson.
3- Using my method (training _ and self-review) in achieving educational goals in the skills of rhythmic gymnastics.
