Abstract

Transformational leadership is a newcomer to administrative thought, because it focuses on distinguishing between the orientation towards change and the orientation towards stability and stability. Transformational leaders operate outside of systems that involve issues such as justice and honesty, which cannot be negotiated or traded in between individuals. By articulating these standards, transformational leaders unite their subordinates, but change their goals and beliefs. The importance of the research may appear through the collective vision that the Institute’s affiliates see in transferring it effectively to their subordinates of students or employees through their involvement in personal risks and are not afraid of using unconventional methods. Through reviewing the theoretical literature and previous research, it was noted that the transformational leadership of the employees of the Institute of Physical Education in Aqrah was not addressed, which reinforces the problem of the research. The lack of studies that dealt with the concept to the knowledge of the researchers.
