Abstract

The research aims to design proposed educational exercises based on enhancing motivation (external - delayed feedback) to learn about learning accuracy of performance and accuracy of results in closed skills and the extent of their impact and effectiveness on the research sample to learn the scoring skill of jumping to the top with a basketball (under study). The researcher used the experimental method. On a sample consisting of a group of middle school students whose ages ranged from (15 - 14) years, numbering (56) students, the research sample became (20) students distributed into two experimental groups, each group containing (10) students, after which the proposed educational exercises were applied. In each group, it is necessary to show that the experimental group (the first) was given their own exercises reinforced with (delayed external feedback) to learn the accuracy of performance and a number of repetitions related and appropriate to learning the accuracy of the result, in addition to emphasizing giving them verbal and visual encouragement. As for the experimental group ( Second) exercises were applied to teach them the accuracy of the results in addition to giving them verbal encouragement only. In order to identify which of the two experimental groups is better at learning the skill described above in order to reach maximum learning and mastery, the researcher designed a curriculum that contains a number of suggested exercises distributed among the educational units. In a number of (6) weeks, the researcher reached several conclusions, the most important of which was that the proposed exercises designed by the researcher and included in the independent variable (external - delayed feedback) had a positive and clear effect in learning the two research groups the accuracy of scoring by jumping to the top with a basketball and in different proportions. It varies, and preference goes to the experimental group.
