Abstract
The importance of research into using Korean exercises accompanied by resistance lies in knowing the extent of their impact on some of the motor abilities of women aged 25-30 years.
Through the researcher’s follow-up of the exercises of women aged 25-30 years in fitness centers, she noticed a decline and weakness in the level of physical fitness among women. This problem is considered one of the major challenges to public health, and the reason for this may be due to some factors, such as unhealthy nutrition, lack of physical activity, and genetic and environmental factors. The researcher used the experimental method by designing two equal groups and used the following methods and tools that helped in completing the research.
