Abstract

Abstract

Varicose veins in the legs is one of the injuries that men and women suffer from in general, and varicose veins are twisted and enlarged veins. The superficial vein may become infected with varicose veins, but the most common effects are on the veins in the legs. Hence, the researcher believes that rehabilitation of the injury can be through rehabilitation. Resistance exercises inside and outside the water and using multiple devices help the affected person alleviate her suffering and avoid risks that may cause the development and increase of her varicose veins, and the occurrence of serious problems.

The importance of the research lies in rehabilitating women with varicose veins by preparing resistance exercises using special equipment inside and outside the water to improve the strength of the leg muscles so that the results are satisfactory and moral to benefit from for public health. The researcher used the experimental method. The research population consisted of women with primary varicose veins who did not practice any type of sport. Their ages ranged from (25-35) years and their number reached 30. The researchers concluded:

1- Resistance exercises using special equipment inside and outside the water, carried out by the experimental groups, brought about a noticeable development in the variables under study, which are (strength of the leg muscles, dorsiflexion strength of the foot, plantar flexion strength of the foot, medial flexion strength of the foot, lateral flexion strength of the foot, explosive force For the legs, carrying strength, strength characterized by speed)

2- Members of the second experimental group (inside the water) scored the best in the tests (strength of the leg muscles, dorsiflexion strength of the foot, plantar flexion strength of the foot, medial flexion strength of the foot, lateral flexion strength of the foot, explosive strength of the legs, force endurance, strength characterized by speed) Compared to members of the first and three groups.
