Educational methods and their relationship to improving motor abilities among physical education and sports science students

The educational process has witnessed a remarkable development from its traditional forms to the creation of more advanced educational patterns and methods than it was before. Together, these educational methods have helped teachers and learners bring about broad change in all scientific fields, including multi-level application and divergent thinking. The research hypotheses were as follows:

There is an effective effect of using self-application and divergent thinking methods in improving motor and physical abilities (agility and flexibility) and rolling and rebounding skills in football among physical education and sports science students. From this, the researcher concluded that there are good results in improving the motor and physical abilities of rolling and bouncing skills, although they differ somewhat from one method to another.
