Psychological tension among female students of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the College of Education for Womenin of Swimming

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the psychological stress among female students of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences in the College of Education for Womenin for the subject of swimming. The two researchers used the descriptive approach in the survey style for its suitability and the nature of the current research. The research sample was chosen using a comprehensive, intentional enumeration method, as the sample included female students of the first stage in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. Sports, College of Education for Womenin. The two researchers obtained (30) questionnaires capable of statistical analysis.
