Effective supervisory management and its role in the administrative creativity of student activities directors in Baghdad from the point of view of those working in sports activities
Abstract
The research aims to identify the supervisory management and administrative creativity of student activities directors. Identifying the relationship between supervisory management and the administrative creativity of student activities directors. After that, the researcher chose the research sample, which was (268) workers in sports activities. The sample for the exploratory experiment consisted of (10) individuals, the sample for the adaptation experiment consisted of (164), and the sample for the main experiment for the application consisted of (94) individuals. He also used the measure of supervisory management and administrative creativity, and then used the methods Statistics in order to obtain the results of the research and reach several conclusions, the most important of which are: The directors of student departments in public universities in Baghdad Governorate are distinguished by their supervisory management and administrative creativity. Weakness in decision-making by student department directors in public universities in Baghdad Governorate. The researcher recommended several recommendations, the most important of which are: the necessity of using the supervisory management and administrative creativity standards on directors of student departments in public universities affiliated with Baghdad Governorate on a regular basis in order to identify their levels in accordance with existing developments. Paying attention to the student departments and their workers to achieve their various needs.
