The effect of compound training to developing some types of special muscle strength for bodybuilders

The importance of the research lies in subjecting the two compound training methods to experimentation in order to verify the feasibility of this method in developing the muscular strength of bodybuilders and thus putting it at the disposal of our coaches by conveying accurate and correct information about this method and applying them scientifically. Muscular strength is an important and essential requirement for bodybuilders, and it is always trained in several separate methods, sometimes with weights and sometimes with plyometrics. However, complex training that combines these two methods together has not been tried and may give better results. The researcher used the experimental method with the design of equal control and experimental groups to suit the nature and problem of the research. The research aims to identify the effect of compound training in developing some types of special muscular strength for bodybuilders.
