The research aims to identify the use of mental training and its impact on motor performance in learning the skill of passing and shooting for young football players. The researcher used the experimental approach with an experimental design for equal groups with a pre- and post-test to suit the nature of the research. We specify the research group for the emerging football players of Al-Qasim Sports Club for the sports season (2023-2024), who number (28) players. It was then selected as a study sample using a comprehensive inventory method with a percentage of (100%) of the research community in two group sites (experimental and control) and each group had 14 players. The research came out with a set of conclusions that the mental training community is one of the modern, influential and popular curricula among the sample due to the use of the process of visualization and mental thinking. Secondly, The use of this type of training in educational processes contributed to the development of motor paths among members of the experimental sample. Increasing the ability to sense muscles and sense sensory-motor responses, meaning controlling muscle contraction and relaxation directly, and this in turn leads to the player having a sense of movement.
