Abstract

The importance of the research was to prepare exercises based on variable proficiency learning using the discovery method directed to the sample members. The problem of the research is that performing these two skills poses a difficulty and an obstacle for them, which appears in the form of errors in perfect performance, and this is called performance errors. Through the researcher's experience and observation of teaching these skills within schools, he noticed fluctuations in the level of corner scoring and the accuracy and speed of heading scoring for the skills under study. The research aimed to prepare exercises for variable mastery learning according to the discovery method and its effect on learning the accuracy of the two skills under study, as well as knowing the effect of variable mastery learning according to the guided discovery method on the accuracy of the corner kick skills and the accuracy and speed of heading the ball for the sample members. The research sample represents the players of the National Center for Sports Talent Welfare in football, aged (15-16) years, and special tests were used to extract the results. The researcher concluded that adopting variable mastery learning to the guided discovery method worked to develop the two skills under study for the sample members.
