Abstract

The research aimed to reveal the effect of scheduling the variable exercise according to cerebral dominance (right and left) in learning the free throw in basketball among tenth grade female students. The researchers used the experimental method, because it was appropriate and appropriate to the nature of the research. A sample consisted of (20) tenth grade students at Msiriki Girls School for the academic year (2023-2024). They were divided into two groups according to brain dominance (right and left). Educational programs were implemented using variable practice scheduling according to right and left brain dominance. The researchers used the following statistical methods: (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentage, and t-test for two related arithmetic means and two independent means). We extracted the statistical results from the program (SPSS V24)
