The role of teachers in developing leadership skills for students of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences

Abstract

The current research was conducted by the researcher to identify the role of the teaching staff of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences in the development and development of leadership skills among the students of the department. In the College of Basic Education, Al-Mustansiriya University, the total sample for the study amounted to (180) students out of a population of (533) students, and after completing the process of building the scale through the steps of building scientific standards, and fulfilling the scientific conditions for scientific research such as (veracity - stability - objectivity) It was distributed to the sample with the help of the work team, and after answering this questionnaire by the examinees, statistical operations were performed on the obtained data.
