Abstract

The importance of the research came to raise the level of learning motor skills in artistic gymnastics for women using the proposed teaching method appropriate for this game because of its importance in helping the student to improve the technical and skill aspect, in addition to showing us the most effective and important in conveying the correct information during performance, and the research problem came through the researcher’s experience The modest methods of teaching and the gymnastics game, which found that learning motor skills in artistic gymnastics for women does not live up to the level of ambition, and the reason for this is due to relying on one traditional teaching method or not integrating more than one method of teaching during the lesson, which may help in raising the correct educational level, and this requires us to experiment. And the investigation of the scientific facts of this proposed teaching method and its role in implementing the movements in the artistic gymnastics for women.
