Abstract

The importance of the research crystallized in identifying the nature of the quality of the school sports environment and its relationship to creativity and job satisfaction among physical education teachers in Babil Governorate and knowing the role of this environment on ,  Improve this environment and then raise the level of their professional performance with the aim of achieving the educational and educational process with high efficiency and effectiveness. The research problem focused on the difference in the prevailing school sports environment in schools, as there are many schools that lack a good school environment, while some of them are characterized by a good school environment, and this difference may cause a difference in desire and level of performance and work as a result of the difference in the available needs to implement the lesson correctly. Hence, the researchers saw the need to conduct this study in order to highlight the role of the school sports environment and its relationship to creativity among physical education teachers. The research aimed to achieve several goals, including building a scale for the quality of the school sports environment among physical education teachers in Babil Governorate, preparing the scales of creativity and job satisfaction among physical education teachers in Babil Governorate, identifying the reality of each of (the quality of the school sports environment and creativity) among physical education teachers in Babil Governorate, identifying the statistically significant differences according to the length of service for each of the quality of the school sports environment and creativity among physical education teachers in Babil Governorate, and identifying the correlation between the quality of the school sports environment and serious creativity among physical education teachers in Babil Governorate.
