الملخص

The research aims to identify the relationship between change management and administrative creativity for managers of administrative units from the point of view of affiliates .. The numbers of change management scales and the measure of administrative creativity among managers of administrative units in the Ministry of Youth and Sports have been reached from the point of view of affiliates. The respondents of the study sample were positive regarding change management and the measure of administrative creativity as there is a positive relationship between change management in directorates and the Ministry of Youth and Sports and Administrative Creativity. The field of the ministry’s objectives is the ranking of the areas of the change management scale from the point of view of the affiliates. The researcher recommended that managers of administrative units in the Ministry of Youth and Sports should be given the space required to develop their creativity at the functional level. Providing logistical and material support to the managers of the administrative units in the Ministry of Youth and Sports in order to implement the plans set by them towards implementing the creativity management on the ground. Managers of administrative units in the Ministry of Youth and Sports must participate in conferences, seminars and workshops in order to transfer their creative visions to others and in order to gain experience.                                                                       change management
