Administrative creativity and its role in managing talent of intermediate school students in gymnastics Devices from The point of view of physical education teachers

Teh research aimed to identify teh level of administrative creativity and talent management of intermediate school students in teh gymnastics devices from teh point of view of physical education teachers, and identify teh relationship, contribution and effect of administrative creativity in talent management in these intermediate schools in Baghdad. Teh two researchers adopted teh descriptive research method in teh method of correlation relations on a sample Of teh (119) teachers of physical education, intermediate schools in Baghdad / Al-Karkh, selected from their community at a rate of (79,866%) .After randomly wifdrawing teh sample of statistical and exploratory analysis from this community of (149) teachers who are continuing in teh official hours in their administrative formations in teh general directorates for teh three education directorates in teh governorate of Baghdad / Al-Karkh for teh first semester of teh academic year (2019-2020). After adopting and preparing two measures for each phenomenon studied and verifying teh scientific foundations and treatments for them, their two paper forms were applied for teh period from (12/22/2019) until (1/30) / 2020) so that teh two researchers can verify that teh results were processed using teh (SPSS-V26) system. Teh researchers concluded that schools need a high level of administrative creativity as well as a high level of talent management of intermediate school students in gymnastics devices, and contributes and influence administrative creativity positively to managing teh talent of intermediate school students in gymnastics devices from teh point of view of physical education teachers. Moreover, it is necessary to intensify efforts and cooperation to support raising teh level of administrative creativity and managing teh talent of intermediate school students in gymnastics devices by adopting sports academic experiences in teh field of management and skill learning to provide a base of talented people in this activity on scientific, non-improvisational foundations.
