The aim of the research is to identify the effect of training with the non-preferred arm by my two methods (fixed and variable exercise) in developing the accuracy of the performance of the preferred and non-preferred arm for the skill of shooting from stability among Soran University players, and to identify the best method between the two methods (fixed and variable) in developing the accuracy of the performance of the preferred and non-preferred arm. The preferred skill of shooting from the stability of the research sample.
The researchers used the experimental method for its relevance to the nature and problem of the research, and the research sample consisted of (14) players divided into two groups, the first experimental group numbered (7) players and followed them with arm exercises not preferred by the fixed method, and the second experimental group with the same number (7) players and followed with them Arm exercises are not preferred by the variable method, and the researchers used the test and measurement as a tool for research, and the homogeneity and equivalence of the research sample was conducted in the variables that may affect the research results such as (height - age - weight - free-throw test) and the researchers used some statistical methods to process the results using the (spss) program ) For example (arithmetic mean - standard deviation - skew coefficient - T law for correlated samples - T law for independent samples - percentage).
