Obstacles to studying of physical education at the Fine Arts Institute for Boys in Baquba, the center, and the proposed solutions from the students' point of view

The study aimed to identify the degree of prevalence of obstacles encountered in studying physical education at the Institute of Fine Arts for Boys and the proposed solutions from the students' point of view.
The researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method to suit the nature and problem of the research.
The study sample consisted of (130) students who were selected using the stratified randomized method from the three academic stages at the institute, and a questionnaire was constructed consisting of (30) items divided into two parts.
The data were analyzed statistically using arithmetic averages and percentages, and the results of the study showed the following: As for the total obstacles in general, they were very severe, and their percentage reached 78.83%. As for the overall proposed solutions, in general, they were highly appropriate solutions, with a percentage of 81.39%.
