The effect of the leadership personality on the efficiency of the educational supervisor's performance in physical education for the Babil Governorate Center

Personality can be counted as one of the basic and important topics concerned with the capabilities and capabilities of the individual and accompanying him throughout his life and changing and growing and developing during the stages of an individual’s life, and personality in a specialized scientific perspective is a subject that many sciences participate in its study, the most important of which are psychology, sociology and management science
Leadership has a social role that the leader performs during his interaction with other members of the group that they work with. Leadership is a form of social interaction between the leader and the group. Leadership is necessary for the formation and continuation of groups, i.e. the continuation of their survival. Most of the studies focused on the professional and cognitive side of the educational supervisor and left important aspects, namely the psychological aspects for them and with the scarcity of research and studies on the administrative and psychological aspects, especially with regard to the personality of the supervisor, so the researcher decided to study this problem and find appropriate solutions for it and address it. The aim of the research is to identify the differences in the dimensions of the leadership personality of the educational supervisors in Physical Education, Babil Governorate Center, and to identify the type of relationship between the leadership personality and the efficiency of the performance of the educational supervisors. The research sample consisted of the educational supervisors in physical education in the Babil Governorate center, which numbered 29 supervisors. The researcher used the descriptive approach in the survey study by using two scales (the leadership personality scale and the scientific performance competency scale) and the researcher concludes the following - :
1. The educational supervisors in the center of Babil Governorate possess a good leadership personality.
2. It was found that the educational supervisors in the center of Babil Governorate have good performance competence.
3. There is a direct relationship between the leadership personality and the performance efficiency of the educational supervisors in Physical Education.
