The leader is one of the most important pillars of the administrative process due to having  the ability to influence the workers and direct their behavior in order to achieve the goals that the institution seeks. Organizational loyalty is considered to be the employee’s reaction to the characteristics of the organization to which he belongs, as it means the employee’s sense of his association with the goals and values ​​of the organization and the role he plays to achieve these goals and commitment to job values ​​for the organization and not for his own interest as it is the employee’s interaction with his organization through Goals and values

The  research significance  lies in detecting  the relationship between the transformational leadership of  racquet games union members in  Iraq and the extent of their relationship to organizational loyalty in  order to achieve progress and advancement in the administrative process and provide the best

The research aims to:

  1. Identify the level of transformational leadership and organizational loyalty of racquet games union members  in Iraq. 

2.Identify  the relationship of transformational leadership and organizational loyalty of  racquet games union members  in Iraq.
