The researcher conducted this study in order to solve the problem summarized by the following question (does biochemical curves have an effect on the level of performance of the Arab jump in gymnastics).The researcher hypothesized that there are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements in some biomechanical variables and skill performance the two groups, experimental and control in the performance of the Arab jump skill. As well as studying the differences and identify the rates of improvement in performance according to some biochemical variables of the research sample between the pre and posttests, and this research was applied to a sample of students of the third stage in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Science for the academic year 2015-2016, using the experimental method in the method of equal groups.
As for the field research procedures, the researcher conducted the homogeneity and equivalence of the control and experimental groups as it was applied to (40) students. They were divided into two experimental and control groups. Two units were given and then conducted pre-tests and then introduced the curriculum, and then extract biochemical variables by experts in biomechanical science, and then post-tests and imaging research groups and send the CD (CD) to (4) teachers specialized in teaching gymnastics to perform the skill assessment
The results of the tests were treated with appropriate statistical means to find the difference after applying the work on the proposed device using the educational methodology between the two research groups.
