The research problem manifests itself in the degree of achievement of total quality standards and their level at the University of Babylon. The research aimed to identify the level of comprehensive quality standards as well as the differences between the areas of comprehensive quality standards. The descriptive approach was used, and the scale may be of (67) items distributed in (5) fields. After conducting the scientific foundations of the scale, the scale was applied to the research sample, after which the data were emptied and statistically analyzed, the degree of achieving comprehensive quality standards appeared at the intermediate level.
