per ( 100%) of the original research community. The data were statistically processed using the statistical package. Based on the results obtained by the researchers, the technical supervisors were exposed to the different work stress and the technical supervisors are not satisfied with the incentives and rewards provided to them within the principle of reward since they suffer from their work conditions which are reflected in the weakness of self-esteem and on the relationships with the workers such as teachers and school administrations. The researchers recommend that the Ministry of Education should initiate the enhancement of the status of technical supervisors and support them emotionally, socially and informally as a profession with a high level of skill, and provide media administrative support that enhances their prestige, powers and rights .
