The educational pedagogical trends emphasize the need to keep pace with the educational policies of the requirements and needs of the age. The research aims to identify the effect of programmed learning using the computer in teaching some floor mat skills in gymnastics for the sixth primary school students. The research sample was selected randomly and included 22 students. The researcher used the experimental approach with binary design using the pre and post measurement of two equal groups, one is control and the other is experimental. The researcher concluded that computer-programmed learning had a positive effect on the students' learning of floor mat skills in gymnastics (balance, front rolling, back rolling) in the experimental group. The effect of computer programmed learning was better than the usual program where the experimental group results were better than the results of the control one in the post measurement
