The research included the introduction and its importance, as the concept of motivation acquires an important place in the sports psychology of players and has a key role in developing their psychological traits. The football quintet. The number of the research sample was (17) players out of the total number of players participating in the football quintet championship. The scale (Motivational Traits) (Thomas Tetko) was used, consisting of (55) items, and scientific transactions were carried out for it. The most prominent results were that The sample was characterized by an average level of the emotional traits scale, and it also emerged that there is a significant relationship between the motivational traits scale and the skills of rolling and scoring.
