The explosive force of the two men and the instantaneous velocity of the ball and their relationship to the accuracy of the performance of the back smashing skill of the volleyball players

Abstract

  The research aims to identify the relationship between the explosive power of the two men and the accuracy of performing the backhand crushing skill for volleyball players, as well as to identify the relationship between the speed of the ball and the accuracy of the backhand crushing skill performance for volleyball players. The researchers used the descriptive approach by the correlational method for its suitability with the nature of the research problem. The research sample was chosen by the intentional method of (5) players of the Peshmerga Sulaymaniyah Sports Club in volleyball for applicants for the 2020-2021 sports season and participants in the Iraqi Premier League (elite) in volleyball. The back smashing skill of volleyball players, and the lack of strength automatically affects the speed. The researchers recommend emphasizing the need to develop the explosive power of the two men and the accuracy of the back crushing strike together, as well as between the instantaneous speed of the ball and the accuracy of the back crushing strike when developing and preparing the training curricula and allocating sufficient time by the coaches to raise the physical and skill level of the players that appeared insignificant through the study, and also to reconsider the training curricula for our coaches due to the emergence of a clear weakness in the explosive power of the two men and the instantaneous speed of the ball and its relationship to the accuracy of the performance of the back crushing skill of the volleyball players.
