Abstract

The Police College, the factory of heroes, protectors of the homeland and the law, is a free and solid Iraqi military institution that provides the internal security forces with officers with a high level of military and administrative capabilities. It is one of the ancient institutions in our dear country. The graduates of this college are responsible for the protection and security of the citizen and the application of the law at home. It receives applicants who possess... High physical, motor, and discipline qualifications, and those who have qualifications that distinguish them from other individuals, and among these psychological variables is high morale.

                                                         

Which has great importance in the field of work, based on its being a measure of the effectiveness of workers and their benefit in their institutions, and it is closely linked to the individual’s ability to perform the high physical training that students receive during their admission to the Police College. Here lies the importance of the research in revealing the relationship between psychological resilience and the extent of its impact on morale to perform the strenuous and focused physical exercises that are given within the training curriculum for students of the Police College, Course 68. It is represented in the fact that reaching a high and appropriate physical level does not only require continuous physical preparation, but rather it must To be constantly and continuously facilitated with the psychological variables that effectively affect morale, which will therefore increase the ability to perform physical training for the students of the Police College, Course 68.
