Abstract

The research included the introduction and the importance of the research, which focuses on the development taking place in all other sciences, including the sciences of physical education and sports medicine, including the rehabilitation of sports injuries in particular, especially the noble art sport (boxing), which has great importance because it depends on strength and speed in performance, whether in Competition or exercise, and the effect of that performance on the wrist joint due to the importance of its anatomical location in relation to the body. Similar to the research problem that the researchers diagnosed (carpal tunnel syndrome) in emerging boxers, the objectives are explained. The research aims to identify the effect of the proposed approach that includes some physical therapy methods and exercises. Rehabilitation for carpal tunnel syndrome for junior boxers and development of rehabilitation exercises for carpal tunnel syndrome for junior boxers. The researchers concluded: Conducting physical and laboratory (medical) tests is of great importance in determining the level and type of injury. Therapeutic exercises and medical methods also contributed to restoring the range of motion and muscle strength and freeing the damaged median nerve for the individuals in the research sample.
