Abstract

The research aims to:

1- Detect the differences in the results of the pre and post test between the experimental and control groups, learning the skill of the forward jump on the jumping table in  gymnastics.

2- Detect the differences in the results of the two post tests between the experimental and control groups, learning the forward jump on the jumping table in gymnastics.

The researcher used the experimental method for its relevance to the nature and problem of the research. The research community consisted of students of the third stage at the Sports Institute / Sulaymaniyah for the academic year (2018-2019). As for the research sample, it consisted of (33) female students divided into two divisions (A, B) and by two experimental and control groups. The parity process was conducted for the two research groups, The researcher adopted the personal interview, questionnaire, tests and measurements as means of data collection. The researcher used the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentage and (T) for the linked and unrelated samples as means to extract the data. The researcher concluded that the experimental group has achieved a better positive learning of the forward jump skill on the jumping table than the control group. . The researcher recommended the need to use video feedback in learning some basic gymnastics skills because of their positive impact on learning.
