Abstract

 Abstract

The importance of the research lies in the effect of rebound strength training for the torso and arms on some biomechanical indicators of the volleyball smashing skill for young people. The research aims to prepare rebound strength training for the torso and arms as well as the effect of rebound strength training on some biomechanical indicators for youth volleyball players and to identify On the differences between the experimental and control groups in some biomechanical indicators among youth volleyball players. The researcher used the experimental method and the reality of the experimental and control groups depending on the nature of the problem. The research sample was determined intentionally, and they are volleyball players for the Peshmerga Sports Club, youth category, and their number is (10). Their percentage constituted (66.6%) of the original population, which numbered (15) players, and the researcher used the following laws for data statistics (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test for symmetrical samples, t-test for asymmetrical samples).

After the analysis, the researcher reached the following conclusions: Strength training exercises for the torso and arms work to develop some biokinematic indicators for the experimental group in youth volleyball, and the training group for the control group did not cause significant changes. The rebound strength training was superior to the team coach training for the control group when compared to the development of biomechanical indicators for the experimental group.
