Abstract

The research goal is to: To measure the level of obstacles to the Scouting movement in secondary schools from the point of view of physical education teachers in the Nineveh Governorate Center, the descriptive approach was used, and the sample included physical education teachers in the Nineveh Governorate Center, who numbered (106) teachers working exclusively in the Nineveh Governorate Center. Data collection: A questionnaire (Lavi, 2016) was used, after verifying its validity and reliability, and the data was processed statistically using the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentage, Ca2 square, and alpha coefficient. The researcher concluded the following: • The degree of the level of obstacles to the scouting movement in secondary schools for physical education teachers in the center of Nineveh Governorate was at (average) level. Therefore, the researcher recommends the following: • The need to pay attention to and support scouting activities in general. • The necessity of providing and renewing the necessary moral and material capabilities related to the Scouting movement.
