The research aimed to identify the level of positive thinking among female students, mothers of orphans of the martyrs of the 2014 Gaza war, and to identify the effectiveness of the positive thinking development program for them. The research sample consisted of 26 female students , who got the least scale of positive thinking ,and (13) of them as an experimental group. The researcher used a program in positive thinking strategies and a scale prepared by the researcher. The research found the following results: their are no statistically significant differences between the experimental and control groups in the positive thinking scale before the start of the experiment. dis means that the two groups are equivalent in the positive thinking scale, and their are differences between the arithmetic averages of the scores obtained by the experimental group in the post measurement ,and after applying to their peers in the control group on the positive thinking scale, the value of "Z" between the experimental and control group was (3.544) a function at the level of significance (0.01) except the positive expectations towards the future, it is a function at the level of significance (0.05), and their are differences between the arithmetic averages of the scores obtained by the experimental group on the scale of positive thinking in pre and post measurement , and the value of "Z" between the two measurements was (2.831), as it is a function at the significance level of 0.01) - which indicates the effectiveness of the training program used from a practical point of view in developing positive thinking among female students of mothers of orphans of the martyrs of the 2014 Gaza war. their are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group on the positive thinking scale in the post and follow-up measurements, and the value of "Z" in the follow-up measurement was (1.571).
