Abstract
The research aims to prepare a psychological program for cognitive strategies, and build a measure of the self-awareness of female club basketball players with an excellent score in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. To determine the score of the female players on the self-perceived scale, the research population was determined from the female basketball players of the Kurdistan Region clubs for the 2021-2022 season, and their number is (7) clubs, with (105) female players. As for the experimental research sample, it was selected according to the lowest score in the arithmetic mean in the scale and according to The opinion of the experts and specialists in this field, which is the Darbandikhan Basketball Sports Club, and the researchers used the experimental method and a one-group design with pre- and post-measurement due to its suitability to the nature of the research problem. After analyzing the results, the researchers used the statistical package (spss) to obtain the results, as some results showed that female players had High school basketball perceived self-efficacy. The perceived self-efficacy can be reached by participating in competitions and knowing the extent of the efficiency of the players through the results they achieve. The researcher recommends that coaches pay attention to measuring the perceived self-efficacy of the female players as it expresses the extent of their self-satisfaction with their abilities, paying attention to the players and conducting psychological tests from time to time.
