The effect of the flipped classroom strategy on learning the performance of some types of passes and the cognitive achievement of female students in basketball

The research firstly aims to identify the effect of using the flipped classroom strategy on learning the performance of some types of passes and cognitive achievement in basketball, secondly to identify the differences in the pre and post tests of the control and experimental groups in the skill performance of some passes for female students in basketball, and thirdly to identify the differences in the post tests for the control and experimental groups in the skill performance of some passes and cognitive achievement of female students in basketball. The research community was identified from the second year students of the Department of Basic Physical Education of the College of Physical Education / University of Sulaymaniyah for the academic year (2019-2020), and they are divided into three sections (A) and ( B) and (C), totaling (26) female students, and the research sample was randomly selected, represented by the (B) section and (C) of non-practicing basketball, which numbered (14) students, and the two sections were divided into two groups, where section (C) represented the experimental group and section (B) represented the control group. Each group consisted of (7) students, and included the educational curriculum (10) educational units divided into (5) weeks. The researchers reached the following conclusions: 1.The educational curriculum by the learning method, the flipped classroom, which was implemented by the experimental group, made a significant progress in some types of basketball passes for the female students.
