The training process has taken a form and an organizational structure consistent with the state of the new development of the methods and means used in the training process, as the field of training has been affected in recent years by the revolution of science and technology, with the aim of achieving and investing the privacy of training related to the type of activity practiced. Scientific and technical modern development has added many new methods in line with the nature of the age group of the trainee, through the trainers' quest to choose the best and latest methods that suit the specialized activity and every type of sporting event needs its own physical requirements (physical abilities), and the coach must have full knowledge of them when determining the methods of sports training, because each of these abilities has a special method of training, which leads to work on its development to enable the athlete to have the ability to master the art of motor performance for effectiveness, as “implementing the art of kinetic performance in an elaborate manner is a guide to good physical construction ”
Moreover, it is "one of the important factors on which the success of performance is based to reach the highest levels of sport, and the development and promotion of these special qualities is closely related to the process of developing motor skills.
The research aims to:
1.Prepare the training curriculum in the manner of stations on developing some physical variables and the completion of javelin throwing among third-year students in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Halabja
2.Identify the effect of the training curriculum used in the station style on developing some physical variables and accomplishing javelin throwing among third-year students in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Halabja
