Abstract
The study aims to identify the effect of using blended learning according to e-learning and practical application in developing some offensive and defensive skills in football for secondary school students, and to identify the effect of the educational program in developing some offensive and defensive skills in football for secondary school students. The researcher used the experimental approach for interconnected samples for one group. Due to its suitability to the nature of the study, the research population was high school students, and the research sample included 12 students from the fifth year of secondary school who were chosen randomly. A set of standardized skill tests were used, including others designed by the researcher. Then exploratory experiments were conducted and the scientific foundations for the tests were laid. Then the tests were conducted. The pre-test, the educational program prepared by the researcher, post-tests, extracting results using statistical means, discussing and analyzing the results, then the researcher arrived at a set of conclusions and recommendations that serve the study.
