The effect of the training curriculum on improving the electrical activity of some working muscles of the legs during the shooting among Handball juniors

Abstract

The importance of evaluating motor skills and using appropriate devices and tools in order to ensure the evaluation of the training process, as the goal of workers in the sports field has become to search for everything new in technology to turn it in various ways into something useful in the service of the sports field. As for the problem of research , and through the researcher`s practicing  and his coexistence with the coaches and workers in this field and his continuous briefing on many training units for handball coaches about their use of modern means and new devices during the training units. The research aimed at identifying the effect of the training curriculum on improving the electrical activity of some working muscles of the two legs while shooting forward jumping for handball juniors. The study was conducted on a sample of (22 juniors ). They were divided into two experimental groups, and the researcher  relied on the use of the experimental method in this study, and  used the necessary research tools and devices.  The research filed procedures were conducted , such as pilot study , design of exercises  , and pre-tests.  After conducting   the  muscles strength  exercises  three training  sessions  every week,  a posttest is conducted so that the results are processed through the appropriate statistical means. Finally, the research results were addressed, analyzed and discussed.
