Competitive management and its role in supporting the administrative work of sports tournaments

Administrative information systems, in all their patterns and shapes, are working as a coherent fascinating, integrated with the organizational environment of the modern business organization, with the aim of meeting the needs of management and beneficiaries. The importance of research is evident that administrative information systems aim to develop sports institutions and work methods in them, and this is done by providing accurate information at the appropriate time. The problem of this study indicates that there is a clear weakness in the extent required to manage human resources for Iraqi sports institutions, and practices in this field are still dominated by the traditional style that is not in line with the size of the change and its duration that affected all elements of the surrounding environment. The researcher approved the descriptive approach to the completion of this study, and the research sample was represented by organizing sports festivals in Baghdad Governorate. Administrative information and the management of workers in organizing sports festivals, and this indicates the important role that administrative information systems play in managing workers' performance.
